Will I be talking to a chatbot?

AI is cool, but we think talking person to person is better! That's why we don't use chatbots when interacting with our users. We value every customer and want to get feedback directly, so we strive to make contact with our service team even easier for you.

Can I call Yango?

Most of the issues our customers encounter are standard and can be quickly resolved via the in-app chat or direct messages. But if you have a different request or are experiencing a serious issue, we'll call you back to help as soon as possible.

Will my call be recorded?

Since we call you ourselves, we don't have the legal right to record the conversation. So the answer is no. We don't break the law. Feel free to read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy here.

What do I do if my issue isn't resolved?

If your issue isn't immediately resolved, we'll contact you as soon as possible. If you have to contact us again regarding the same issue, all members of our Support team will have access to your Support history and the current status of your issue to better assist you.

Who is responsible if a product arrives damaged?

We have strict rules on how to package orders: heavy items are placed at the bottom of the package and fragile items on top. However, things may break and sometimes products may arrive damaged. If this happens to you, please contact our Support team immediately, describe the issue and attach photos of the damaged order. We'll do everything we can to help. That's a promise!

I ordered an item that is out of stock...

We'll contact you immediately so you can either confirm or cancel your order. You can replace the out-of-stock item with something else or request a refund.

Do I have to pay in advance?

As soon as you place an order, the money is reserved on your card. The charge will only be completed when you confirm you've received your order. So technically, payment is always made after delivery.

Can I get a refund?

The order price is reserved on your card until your order is delivered. If you experience any issues, the money won't be charged and is immediately made available again.

What if I miss a call from the courier and they leave?

Our couriers will call you several times to deliver your order. If they don't receive a response, the order is canceled and refunded.

How is my personal data handled?
