A chocolate dessert for anyone who doesn't like too much sweetness. Just make sure you use chocolate with a high cocoa content, as milk or white chocolate will make the cake too sweet.

Step 1 out of 6

70% bitter chocolate — 90 gr, butter — 80 gr, eggs — 2 piece, sugar — 50 gr, salt — 1 pieceAdd the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl, and then melt in a water bath or the microwave. It's important to not overheat the chocolate so it doesn't burn. In another bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, add a pinch of salt, and mix well so the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 2 out of 6

Pour the slightly cooled melted chocolate and butter into the eggs. Whisk it all together. Make sure that the chocolate and butter are warm, not hot, or the eggs will curdle.

Step 3 out of 6

Flour — 40 grSift all the flour into the liquid ingredients and knead the chocolate dough. The dough should be quite liquid, like thick sour cream.

Step 4 out of 6

Butter — 20 gr, powdered cocoa — 1 tablespoonGrease the ceramic or silicone molds with butter and lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Step 5 out of 6

Pour the dough into the molds. Bake for around 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ℃. The dough should be firm around the edges, but liquid in the center. You'll know when the cakes are ready when the middle has caved in a little.

Step 6 out of 6

Turn the molds upside down and plate the finished fondant carefully.
