Nana Grenache red wine

The grenache is hand harvested and meticulously harvested during the cool night hours of Mitzpe Ramon. When it arrives at the winery, it undergoes a gentle squeeze with a short cold soaking on the skins for freshness and a light color, spontaneous fermentation in neutral French oak barrels and then aging in them for a period of about six months. This wine can be drunk at a cool temperature, summer red and fresh.
