PELTER Rose wine

Characterized by citrus aromas and flavors, strawberry and peach. A refreshing wine with a long, soft and caressing finish. A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Senso grapes, 5% Conoise grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand early in order to maintain the freshness of the fruit and a high level of acidity. After that, a gentle crush and a 10-hour soaking in a tank together with the peels, to extract a delicate pink color and pleasant aromas. The wine was then fermented at a temperature of 12 degrees for two months.
