40% alcohol Soft Mediterranean gin, made from Pink Lady apples from the Golan Heights. Characterized by delicate, herbaceous and floral aromas. Goes through three rounds of boiler distillation in an alembic still. Between distillations, the gin is soaked with spices, including juniper, dog rose, angelica root and iris root. Distillation is carried out slowly, while maximally maintaining the aroma of the apple.
