Produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The fermentation process of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes is stopped early by the addition of the ODV distillate which is also distilled from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermentation stops when alcohol levels are still low and sugar levels remain high. Hormot is aged for six months in muscatel wine barrels from Spain, which give aromas of citrus blossoms, a little wood and delicate seasoning. After aging Hormut is soaked together with bergamot peels and white sedum which give it its citrusy and pleasant taste. It is recommended to serve with ice and an orange slice or with ice and soda
