The grapes were harvested by hand in Moshav Sha'al in the north of the Golan Heights. The clusters are immediately pressed in their entirety and the juice is fermented partly in wooden barrels and partly in a stainless steel tank. After aging for six months, the different parts are mixed together and the wine is bottled.
