The Medjool Bon Bon dates are the highlight of the farm. The dates are soft and juicy, their taste is rich and it is kept fresh as if they just have been picked from the tree. The Bon Bon is considered a fresh fruit (not dry) for one day of the year and it tastes like the delicacy of kings. In order to pick the juicy and tender dates we climb the tree every day and gather only the dates that ripened.
