Butter — 100 gr, cream — 200 mlTo make a creamy purée, drain out all the water completely. Add hot cream and butter to the sweet potatoes, and mash and stir until creamy.Step 4 out of 4
If you want a healthier option, replace some of the butter with cream, and some of the cream with milk.
