  • Butter100 gr
  • Cream200 ml
  • Salt1 by taste

Sweet potato — 800 grPeel the sweet potato, chop into 2-4 parts, and put them in a pot.

Salt — 1 pieceAdd water to cover the sweet potatoes completely, add salt and boil for about 20 minutes. Check to see if they're ready the same way as ordinary potatoes: they should be tender all the way through and easy to poke with a fork or knife.

Butter — 100 gr, cream — 200 mlTo make a creamy purée, drain out all the water completely. Add hot cream and butter to the sweet potatoes, and mash and stir until creamy.

If you want a healthier option, replace some of the butter with cream, and some of the cream with milk.
