In a large bowl, mix together 1 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 tsp. of sesame oil, 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, minced garlic, juice of one lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Now let the marinade sit.

Tuna steaks — 5 piecePlace the tuna steaks in the bowl with the marinade and soak well. Leave the tuna to marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

Olive oil — 1 tablespoonsHeat the grill pan on high heat. Add the olive oil, spread out the tuna steaks on the pan, and pour the remaining marinade over them.
